Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!
Baldur has posted on another ISA thread that the E-CASH ISA will be 3.1% + 1.5% bonus = 4.6% from Monday 1st December.
Halifax is still advertising a fixed rate ISA at up to 5.75%. I wish the FSCS would send out the ISA certificates then we could all get our money reinvested. I've been wating 15 days for mine, ie. since my ISA money was refunded.0
