Carphone Warehouse Laptops - Trying To Cancel
Comments
-
CPW are still not admitting liability on this and are refusing to cancel the contract but they have now upgraded the laptop free of charge to a full size one rather than the web book. All seems to be working ok for now but we are still making a complaint as the customer service in the stores is appalling!!!:p0

having a similar problem with carphonewarehouse regarding mobile broadband contract with 'free' dell laptop using O2 as broadband provider.
Computer stopped working after 2 weeks, carphonewarehouse said issue was down to dell.
dell collected computer and returned it 'repaired' (new motherboard). still not working so dell engineer turned up,could not fix problem so has arranged for pickup to return to dell.
4 weeks since computer first stopped but still paying O2 for broadband service which has hardly been used.
24 month contract taken out through carphonewarehouse who don't want to know about issues even though they provided service, passing the buck more like.
taken note of previous replies and will be complaining to them using info supplied by previous replies.
