Slow stopper thingies on kitchen units!!!!

Options
Sorry to be a bit vague but could somebody tell me whether or not it is possible to purchase those stoppers for kitchen units which makes them close slowly. I think MFI are doing a TV advertisement on one of their kitchen's which features them. If they are possible to buy, could somebody tell me where to buy them from and whether they are easy to install or not?

Thanks in advance!

i believe you can purchase these from most large diy shops that have kitchen show rooms attatched.

you could try places like travis perkins or other builders merchants likes howdens, or wickes ect

"Only available when ordering from the rigid kitchen range."
  • I bought a pack of soft drawer closes from B&Q 5 for £6. I didn' t think they were very good though.
They are easy to fit, just use the pre drilled holes for the door hinges ( the ones not being used).

:( they used to sell them direct. I suspect you can get these at BandQ though as they are one and the same company now.

You get them from B and Q in packs of 6 if I remember correctly and they go by the name of premium door buffers, try this link :

They also do them in Ikea.

I know somewhere that sells them.
I dont know your location, not sure if it would help you.
They are not a national company.

We have these on are cuboard doors, drill a hold then push them through, they are the best as you cann't see them. The one's that you screw into the side of your cuboard you will be able to see, not sure were you get them as they came with the kitchen.
Also if you mean slow shutters on the draws they were £35.00 a draw, doesn't matter how hard you shut them, just before they shut they just stop then close very slow, great if you have children. I think they have to be fitted for you as they get drilled under the draw bottom and clipped on the draw runners.
