Hi,
welcome to the helll with FXA! I am stuck with £6000, they just drived me crazy. I have called them about 20 times, the receptionist just repeats as a machine that people are not availbale and somebody will call me back. I had only one reply to my 20 emails from Rizwan which said he apologised with the delay but they had temporary technical issues... since no news, despite my urgent emails, I have got no news at all. Nothing is saying on internet that they are unable to make transactions!
I have
1. sent a complaint to BBC Watchdog- No news
2. called FSA. FXA World is not regulated with FSA. Does somebody knows who are their regulators??
3. called FaudHelpline: they cvould not help me, and told me to call Trading Standard, ConsumerDirect. ConsumerDirect will be on the case. please call them as well, to let them know I am not teh only one.
4. Called Thames Valley Police this morning sfollowing your advices. I am waiting fro the phone call
5. sent a complaint to insolvency gov uk, companies investigation branch: waiting for an answer
6. Next step: going to Barclays and ask more information about FXA
please should you have any news please keep us know0 -
I have also posted a complaint to insolvency.gov.uk. Thanks for the suggestion.0

hello i have the same problem as you guys - my transfer is delayed for more than a month.
i'm also living out of UK and spoken English is not my best virtue.
could you please advise me on what actions should i (as a foreigner) take , so i can get involved in resolving this problem.0 -
In same position as the rest of you. No-one taking calls - Rizwan not there today. Excuses, excuses. Has anyone got their money back recently i.e it is just a case of delays or is it looking really bad? Some positive news would be good. I've spoken to trading standards who weren't that concerned, likewise Thames Valley Police and sent a form to the insolvency.gov.uk - not heard anything. Would appreciate a PM with concrete details of someone to ring and speak to...cheers.0

Kamen and others resident outside UK,
I called Trading Standards and Consumer Direct, who told me they could not follow it up because I am outside UK. They directed me to the European Consumer Council. The UK site is www[dot]ukecc[dot]net - click the appropriate flag for your country of residence. The French/German site is www[dot]euroinfo-kehl[dot]eu You can call them, and they have multi-lingual people, who are very helpful. Their mission is to deal with cross-border commerce and disputes in the EU. You have to submit your complaint via a web form and then they say they will follow it up.
Note: I had to replace the dots (.) with [dot] because of restrictions on newbie postings0 -
Thank you Andrew, i submitted the form. Will let you know if my request has been handled in anyway.0

Have a nice day0 -
Hi all,
I and some of you have reported them to:- Metropolitan Police (Amersham)
- Trading authority jurisdiction
- insolvency register
- Guardian money
- BBC Watchdog
They are still accepting new accounts and trades and they come up on top in Google search.
If we want to hurt them and try to save our money we should find a way to freeze their Barclays account and having this thread coming on top of the Google search (for the word including FXAWORLD). It is outrageous they still portrayed themselves as a legitimate company.
Is anybody suing them through the small claims court?
Thanks0 -
Hi all,
I'm in for 10k as well. It all looks bad I'm afraid. Amersham Trading Standards have visited their offices and there is no one there at all. If you have monies outstanding with fxa world, I suggest you call their number: 01296382649 and leave your details so that they can keep you ( and me) informed.
please post if you have anymore current information.0
