i had a email from body shop this online discount ends monday at 12pm

I went to but some goodies on the Body Shop Website , when I got to the checkout, I entered the code, it showed, but the 40% never came off! I then checked the T&C, and it said the offer couldn't be used with any other. I had a few body butters that were discounted, so thought I'd see what else I could get that was full price.
Well there isn't anything!!! The whole website is discounted, so this code is USELESS!!!
I called Body Shop and complained. The lady on the phone said she totally understood where I was coming from! So I made a complaint, as in my eyes, it's bordering on mis-selling. Why on earth have the code up if they know customers can't buy anything of the website with it?? It's ridiculous really.:mad:

Anyone else had this problem?

The code is not useless.
I just used it along with the 25% off deal that is running.
As soon as you put the code in, the prices on the main site change to reflect what price you will get them for with the code.

It didn't work for me and even the lady on the phone said it can't be used with the 25% she tried it?

Did you just place your order?
Maybe they have changed it since I complained, I will try again.

I was also sent the code - the email suggested I had been "specially selected". No idea if you have been sent the code - but wonder if it does only work for those who have been sent the email?

I believe its open to everyone, I've tried the code I was emailed, the code on this site, and 2 other codes on the body shop website, and it still doesn't work??

It didn't give me 40% off, but has given me free delivery!
