Did you enter the code in uppercase? It worked that way for me.

I think what is confusing is that you have to add 4 things before it takes the 2 off. It doesn't add two freebies for you for just putting 2 things in your basket. Maybe give that a go because that is why it wasn't working for me. It's a bit annoying though because if you want to add other things to your order that are cheaper these are taken as your free things instead. Hope that all makes sense.

Sorry if I am being thick but I am trying to enter multiple Body Shop codes and the code box in the top right hand corner disappears after I have entered the first one. Anyone know how to enter multiple codes?

Anyone having problems using the SPRINGBUY buy 2 get 2 free offer? I am entering 4 different items of the same price and the code is recognised but then no deductions are made and the code is then missing again at the bottom. This is happening over and over again. Any help please?

I'm having exactly the same problem - was looking forward to placing my first order with them but so far no success. I've tried upper case and lowercase, and the Quidco code for the same offer, but it just says 'thank you, code accepted' and then gives you no discount.

I've also checked the terms and conditions to make sure there isn't a minimum spend, nor does it have to be 4 of the same item. I'm planning to try again another day and contact their customer service if it doesn't work.

SPRINGBUY not working for me either. Can't seems to get back to the page to enter the voucher code now.
