The Body Shop codes

Just had an email, for Love Your Body Bodyshop members, there will be 30% off in the Bodyshop this thursday the 15th.

The email clearly states that this is in addition to the discounts already in the store so for example the £25 value-pack gifts where the rrp is £44, you'd get an additional 30% off making them £14 which is an overall discount of just under 68% :money:

(but to me doesn't look like anything to worry about, all common sense stuff).

Oh and just to add: you get a free Sweet Pea body butter worth £12.50 if you spend over £18. (Now if I could just get my mum to like the Bodyshop this would be an excellent idea for mothers day!)

Well, I tried!

I won't be ordering from the Body Shop again as I've discovered they've got no customer service for if things go wrong or codes don't work etc. As per my post above, I emailed the website nearly a month ago to ask for help with using the SPRINGBUY code, but so far I've not received a reply.

They had a sale on soon after, though, so I placed an order anyway. However, they charged me for a full size product but sent me a miniature one - and refused to fix the error :mad:. They did reply to my email about this although it took ages. I replied to their message a week ago to re-iterate my point, and even sent them a screenshot of their mistake - no reply so far. I wish I could phone but their opening hours are too short in comparison to my working hours.

Curiously, they emailed me yesterday asking me to review all the items in my order except the one that my complaint is about..

On the bright side, they send you a welcome discount code when you register on the website, and contrary to the terms and conditions, that did take 25% off all products, not just normal price ones.
