Mybet affiliate Scum!

Hello

I have urgent problem with Mybet.com
I have been promoting them for three months. I bring them more then 400 players depositing 200eur each. I was not satisfied with first commission paid so I complain them on email.
Then without notice they closed my account keeping all the money from the players i have send and I was left with nothing.
Who should I contact about this ? I want them my account to reopen and pay my commission in full.

Have you tried contacting the Affiliate Network ?
Its Affilinet but they are based in Germany, I've sent you the phone number by PM

Here is the how they calculated my commission


Just look at the payment costs, which are outstanding 1400€
Also we agreed that there will be no marketing costs included.
But they deducted that too. It is not OK

And after I write them complain about this they CLOSED my account, which is unbelievable!

At the end I would not recommend anyone opening account with them!

I dont understand it either. If we agreed on 40% then I should be paid 40% of player net losses.But they calculated everything.
They even deducted "marketing costs" of 3.412e saying that its only 10% of 34000e so I should be happy.
They almost came to conclusion that after sending them 350 players depositing 70000e in total, I should owe them -32000e , but they were really "nice" to deduct me "only" 3412e.

I am really frustrated not only about commission not being paid but that they closed my affiliate account keeping all the profit they get from the players I have sent them.

Have they stated any reason for closing the account, like a breach of the terms you signed up to?

I don't know anything about the affiliate business, but can you actually end up owing the bookie money? Referring to the "I should owe them -32000e".

Anyway.. You should really get part of the money as you have clearly sent them a lot of players, depositing big bucks.

You can have your aff acount closed for something as simple as someone reporting you for spamming forums etc. I for one am glad you did as you should never have been allowed post your offer in the giol forum in the first place.

I am sorry but what did you mean by "giol" forum ?
I did post this offer here at this forum and they were happy about that !

As I can remember I didnt breach any of the rules from their T&C.
Only what I did is send them complain about my commission not paid in full.
Can someone point me to the right thread at this forum discussing about affiliate business ?
