In that case it's probably worth telling them every day that they still haven't arrived, till they get fed up and do summat about it.

I have ordered several time from them, never had a problem. Plants will arrive when they are in season. if you look at the letter code next to the order reference it will tell you when to expect delivery. I say the next batch will start arriving in the last week of Feb for hardy plants and shrubs but they vary.
The only thing is: some promotional items I have ordered in the past where very near death and many didn't make it. Apart from that their plants are a good size speciments for a very reasonable price.
They are one of my favourites.
  • I used last year for cheap perennials but mixed results; Some were rotten when they arrived; I did ask for, and get, replacements. But even with the same variety , one bag was ok, the other was mush. The second request for replacement was ignored...........
  • I've never had a problem with delivery but did find that my free tulip bulbs were looking a bit mouldy.

I got their new catalogue today and it looks really good. I can't choose! I think I will stick to the bargain items (but if they are mouldy again then I will complain and not use em again).

Fruit trees fine, but pansies were near to death and only managed to get 20 out of 66 to live as the rest were slimy. the free plants, scabia I think they were called, weren't much better 3 out of 6 survived. After phoning to ask where my order was at the beginning of December and getting a crabby women snapping at me that they had sent them out that day-yeh right!!!!, don't think that I will bother with them again as I would have expected far better for the £80 it cost me. why didn't I complain at the time? Well I didn't think that they would do anything about the grotty plants if their telephone manner was anything to go by. Will grow my own from seed next year.
