i have also had a few running with citylink.
we have a small box full of water next to our front door, and you guessed it, this is were their left the package for us!
the best one their have done so far in, placing the package in the bin, when it was outside the house for collection, with a card through the door, package left in bin outside house.
so, i also try and not use citylink for anything.
even the post office is better then them!0
