Was on-line last time, which is great as there are some other discount code knocking around and you can still get your 20% off the 3-4-2!

I heard rumors at work (i work at M&S) that there would be another one before xmas but we have not been told when yet.
    2012 wins approx £11,000 including 5k to spend on a holiday :j
  • My OH works there also and is in tonight, so she will ask the Commerical Manager to confirm.

Makes sense though as none of the signage in the stores had a date on it, and therefore can be used again. They just said 20% off today.

Also looking at it from a financial view point it makes excellent business sense.

If you normal sell 1000 items at £1 profit on a Thursday (£1000 profit) and then knock off 20% but your volumes go up to 2000 (£1600 profit) for the same period. The overall profit goes up, despite the smaller profit margin on each item. Plus think of all those people that only visited M&S for the 20% and spent more than they would of. Anyone would of seen this had they joined a queue to pay last Thursday.

Can see this offer running again mid Dec for a final push on moving stock and releasing cashflow.
    Financial Aims for 2012:
    1. To pay off Car loan (£2,163.85 / £300.23 : 13.9%) 2. To pay off Joint OD ([STRIKE]£1,928.53[/STRIKE] / £1,928.53 : 100%) 3. To pay off GF's CC (£1100.31 / £0 : 0%) 4. To OP Mortgage (£1000 / £0 : 0%)

Money Saving / Making in 2012:
    1. Ebay (£0 ) 2. Surveys (£0 ) 3. Quidco (£156.45 (Feb 12) ) 4. Lottery (£0 ) 5. Groceries (£0 )
