Thanks to the OP, I just had to go and buy this cheapie today. Didn't see post about using Nectar points till I just came back on here! Could have used mine..........oh well still a bargain at only a tenner. I paid the extra 3 yr insurance cover (something I never do), @ £1.49.
From what you all say on here I'm hoping to progress (if this one works out for me), to a larger one, hopefully bought on Boots points. Then pass this one on to my son and his wife, hence the 3 yr insurance. Forward thinking. Off to check out the reciepe thread now!!!!

I have 5000 Nectar points saved up - can I get it for "free" or is there a limit to the number of points Argo will let you redeem in one transaction?
Oh and swampytiggaa - I believe I "know" you from Somewhere Else.....;)Lightbulb moment: 2nd January 2006

Yes I believe you could get it for free.
Not that I am aware of any limit. I bought an airer from Argos that was £4.99 used a 1000 points (£5) and got a penny change back.
