Absolute rubbish. There isn't a single benchmark which shows it anywhere close to a Core Duo. BTW A Core Duo is also a dual core CPU.

Wouldn't that just be a breach of contract, rather than being illegal? If that's the case, I think Apple would only be able to sue for damages, which, assuming you have bought a legitimate installation disc & licence from them... would be nothing. Of course I may be completely wrong :rotfl:...
