Broadband package with no direct debit

Hi, is there a provider who offers a package including wired broadband, phone rental and cheapish/free calls at certain times without having to sign up to direct debit?

I'm with Virgin Media, get phone, BB and TV at a set price each month (apart from obviously phone use) and pay them with the monthly statement I receive, although I pay an extra £5 a month for not using DD... I prefer it that way though.0
