No dispatch email and no money taken from my bank.

I've had no delivery, but just checked my bank account and the discounted price has been taken - woohoo. I'll shop there again. Tesco could do with learning a lesson from this :j

No money taken from my bank, no dispatch email - but no parcels yet either. My confirmation email arrived at 12.25 so I think I was fairly quick ordering?

Had a box left today too, both free items not enclosed as said out of stock and will follow - both were in stock and still are according to the website (cave and art set). Mmm dont think i'll actually get my free items somehow.

Did order a couple more items that were not on offer and out of stock so expected a delay on those and they say to follow.

No dispatch e-mail but came home to find a parcel had been left with my neighbour it was the 2 paints £1.00 each and it said the Art and Craft Set to follow, half hour later had another knock on the door my neighbour the other side with another parcel which happened to be the Art and Craft set! It really threw me because the first parcel said from "ELC" yet my 2nd parcel said from "Mothercare" but had the ELC delivery note inside!
So I think all our orders have been well and truly honoured!:beer:

Hooray - yesterday I received my 3 for 2 book order (Gruffalo theatre book being free). Dispatch notice said sharpeners out of stock & art set to follow.

Art set has arrived today and it is brilliant. I had no dispatch email (and didn't even receive order confirmation email), but checked bank account and they have taken the "glitch" amount of £7.95. Quidco has also tracked.

Ordered on Monday and received confirmation email.

Had no despatch email but noticed money had gone from my account this morning and all items have arrived this afternoon.

I take it back, both my free items have arrived and lukily boxes so no damage (other thread shows lots of items in just plastic bags so arrived damaged).

Can place my big order now, held off in case they cancelled the glitch items and I had to re-do the whole order.

Well done to ELC for honouring.
