Thats awful customer service.......she should have at least offered an alternative i think as it was in 3 for 2.......if this was boots the offer would've been given to you as buy one get one free instead! it may not be their policy but wouldn't it make good customer service. The glitch was their own fault!

My Planet Protectors order arrived earlier. I have to admit I really didn't expect them to send it. My son will be thrilled. essentially it was half price. £25 including postage. Rocket £30 & two sets of 3 characters at £10 each total £50. I'm happy with that saving though & I'm sure my son will be happier with his present which is what its all about

Has anyone still not had the money taken from their account?

I placed the order on Monday and i got the confirmation email through advising me it would be dispatched in 7 days.

I logged into my ELC account today and my basket seems to have magically re-filled with all of the stuff i ordered! Very strange.

I tried to log into my account but apparently I am not registered. Not sure if it's because I placed an order without registering (or hoping it's that way).

My only hope is that my confirmation email gave an order number confirming my order.

Ordered Monday, and received confirmation of placing the order - but havn't heard anything since.
They havn't taken the cash either.
