ELC glitch on planet protectors

My Jolly Phonics books also arrived today! Says on the delivery note that the third (most expensive!) item was out of stock and would follow, so I called to see when their stock was expected and was told that the third item had been dispatched to me yesterday! :j

I still havent recieved a dispatch email. Should I phone them? I ordered the 2 Planet Protectors £10 sets and the rocket.

I ordered some of the stuff on the art glitch & havent received an email to say that my order was being dispatched but my order was delivered 20mins ago!

oh i hope i get mine aswell!!!! i have only just registered with mse but i have been using it for a while!, i work in mothercare which is now joined with elc, and this was a brilliant spot!!!!!

Well some of my order has arrived. i orderd 5 items. 2 have arrived, one in a separate parcel to follow, one to follow when in stock and one just out of stock. I did take advantage of 3for 2 glitch and they are honouring it but i used a discount code as well but because one of the items is outta stock they haven't applied the discount, but i'm still happy they honoured the order. just hope they don't decide to charge me p&p for each parcel i receive!

mine just arrived - no despatch email received. Craft set is out of stock but arriving when back in stock.

bit miffed as the box was delivered by courier but stinks of cigarettes - fortunately the stuff inside doesn't seem to smell. Spent £9.95 in total so quite pleased.

im reall annoyed!!! my items have been dispatched excpt storys for bedtime which was the most expensive!!! she said i havent been chargded for this, and that they wouldnt be having anymore stock in of this item, i asked if i could add something else to the order to take advantage of the 3 for 2 ( even if the glitch didnt work it was still worth the saving i would have got) and she said no!!! bloody rude customer service lady !!! gggggrrrrrr!!!!
