o2 broadband

Hi, I hope this is the correct place to ask this. I am currently on virgin broadband (2mbs for £10 a month) and was thinking of switching to o2 (8mbs for £12.50 for non 02 mobile cust) but one of the main incentives for this switch was the £60 cashback from quidco. However everytime I go through the quidco link I get to the very end of the o2 website after filling in all my details only for it to keep saying "problem with the system at the moment try again later" (it's been saying this for over a week now)

Anyone else had problems signing upto o2 via the quidco £60?

I spoke to 02 CS, and she said my BT line is fine for the service and I can sign up over the phone with no probs, but they then wouldn't offer me any cashback , she seemed to imply that lots of customers were having problems with the cashback offer

This isn't gonna be much help to you but I managed to sign up on Thursday (20th) evening without any trouble - QuidCo tracked later that night.

Doubt it'll make any difference but have you tried from a different computer?
