Insurance claim made against my wife, how to respond?

i feel for you mate!!! Insurance is a pain to deal with dont worry i doubt it will take much over a year. Threaten to take them to court, and do go to court in my opinion however it maybe that 50 50 will happen however if you stick to it you may win.

It's all over finally, the other party tried to initiate court proceedings but then suddenly dropped the claim completely, I can only assume they were advised of how silly they were being.

My wife received a check from the insurance company for all the over payments since the claim began and has received an additional reduction in her premium, she is now paying almost 50% less! :cool:
