That rule is 100% enforced because of delays and odd payments being taken off - such as the remaining premiums for the year (that annoyed me, why should I collect premiums?). who do D&G underwrite? i had no idea they were difficult too.

Pet Protect is the main D&G one but also PetPals and Shield. They just seem to take random amounts off the payments including any remaining premiums so I then have to chase the client for the premiums - not my job. The payments are quick and the BACS payment is appreciated but they look after themselves first and leave me holding their debts on the policy. We will still send the forms in but I want my money first. Doesn't apply to many policies as they are only small insurance companies so not a great issue.
