Just the three of us - new beginnings!

Morning everyone. What a beautiful day it is here. Sun is shining and my little girl is with her daddy so I slept in until 10am, which is shocking really as normally I am up and off before 7. So I am feeling particularly perky today.

DD is out till this afternoon and I have a man coming round to quote for my bathroom so I best get dressed and take advantage of the peace, get some loud music on and do some housework.

I may even venture into the garden and mow the lawn first time as a single lady lol. I knew there were some benefits to having a partner and this is the first one I found, he did at least use to mow the lawns :rotfl:

Perhaps you can (if you haven't done so already) make a list of all things a partner is useful for, then as you do each job on the list cross it off. Who knows, you may end up with evidence that the human race would survive perfectly well if it evolved into a single sex lifeform! Bet you feel a lot different now about your situation than you did a few months back when you started this diary. Just goes to show, life moves on and even the darkest situations somehow work themselves out in the end. All credit to you for grasping your issues by the horns and getting stuck in.

Nargle - that is such a good idea but I fear the list would grow and I would turn into a bitter and twisted old spinster lol.

I got fed up of waiting for my OH to mow the lawn last summer and did it myself, was well proud

Well lawn is mowed and I even got stripes in it :T and car has been washed and interior hoovered and polished :T

Now off to enjoy the sunshine and take Rubes for a walk.

Morning another beautiful sunny day here today.

Working from home today but got to take Ruby back to the vets for a check up to see she is on the mend so no doubt more expense as I think she will need more tablets. Then I am whizzing into out HQ to hand in my job application

DD is staying over at exs again tonight so will be on my own from lunchtime till I get back from work tomorrow. So weird and I miss her so much but I know that this is part of my life now and I have to get used to it. Will take advantage of the peace though and get some bits on Ebay :T and i WILL do 3 dooyoo reviews today.

Well today has not quite gone to plan.

Ruby has taken a turn for the worse and is now back at the vets. She has been referred to a specialist as they just don't know what is wrong with her. Looking like it is going to cost a small fortune. Thank god for insurance.

Have managed one Dooyoo review though :T and put my application form in for my promotion :T
