Just to let you know doodledoo that I haven't heard anything from AQA and have succumbed and sent them an email asking if they have received my application. Really fed up not knowing the only up side is the constant checking of emails has meant I have picked up quite a few mystery shops!
I hate not knowing I want to make plans.

Evening DT I think the delay may be a good sign. Wouldn't be surprised if they send out all the "nos" first. Still got my fingers firmly crossed for youProud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

I thought that at first but now I just think I am lost in the system but I am going to try again when they advertise again and I will let you know if I see any vacancies so we can get in together. It would be nice to have an AQA buddy. At least the application form is completed and I think the trick is to get the forms in asap. Did they say anything on your no about how long you need to wait before you reapply as I have seen different timescales in various posts?

Yeah it said six months. To be honest I can't see me applying again. I hope to have found another way to make a few extra pennies by then fingers crossed.

Six months  that's not fair especially as it is probably all down to the number of applicants. I will have to find a plan B too methinks or else move to Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Canada or the USA :rotfl: . Why can't we answer their questions? Perhaps I could ask that as my free question.
I will keep my fingers crossed for your new plan.

I did think about asking for my free question "why the heck did you say no" lol but I am trying not to be bitter :rotfl:
Not sure what my idea will be I have a couple of ideas but we will see what happens. Worse case I will just have to pay the debts off that bit slower. The main thing is no more debt lolProud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Morning one and all. Not a bad day here lovely and sunny but a little nippy.
Working from home today so hoping for another NSD. Got up early and did some "work" so just chilling on MSE and thinking about making a coffee.
DD is off to school this afternoon so will do some more "work" and then a bit of housework.
Finally started the Xmas wrapping last night so will get some more done tonight and then I should have broken the back of it. Whose wise idea was it to buy all the kids lots of little bits this year :rotfl:
Need to do some MSE bits too today to keep the debt busting flowing:
- earn £2 on STP
- 3 more dooyoo reviews and rate some others
- Payment a day payment and update sig
- invest £10 for JenJade challenge
Have a bit of a quandry, well it's nothing major but appreciate any suggestions. I have opened an A&L esaver account to get the £20 cashback on Quidco.
The question is do I leave this account dormant and every penny goes onto the debts or do I transfer £x each month as an emergency fund.
mmmmmmmmmmm decisions.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Hi doodledoo still waiting to hear from you know who not pleased as they have not replied to my email so I am no longer giving them free advertising by mentioning their name:rotfl:
If you don't have any funds that you can access easily without penalty then I think it would be good to have a small emergency fund because if you had to borrow at short notice you would get stung just my opinion but in these unsettled times you never know.

Arrghhhhhhhhh DT! I still think it's going to be a yes as we sent ours at the same time. Fingers still crossed although it's causing me great problems typing so hope they get a wiggle on :rotfl:Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712
