    Ok... UPDATE..

I finally received an email today that informed me Paypal had conducted their "investigation" and had concluded that I should lose my £440.
    Are they stupid??
I had a phone conversation who very strongly led me to believe that they would definitely repay me.
How can they not repay me?
The buyer agrees they had the item, I have proof of this via email. I also have proof of delivery, which probably means I have online proof of signature.
The buyers complaint was that he was deducted twice, but I was only credited once.
How stupid can these "investigators" be.
I have emailed Paypal and told them all this, but what else can I do? I need the money back in my paypal or I am up the proverbial creek without a paddle when my CC bill comes in :(

    Cheers
    Be nice

That is completely wrong. Is there any way you can take them to court?

Id imagine so, but I obviously want to avoid that. I did email and say I would take it higher if they didnt repay within 48hours.
So firstly they charged him twice incorrectly.
Now they have taken my money incorrectly.
    Impressive :)
I guess phoning is the next step.
    Be nice
