I am the original poster and as it says in the first post I started my appliction by phone on 14 November. As of today 16 December I am still waiting for my certificate

I rang them early last week and they told me the certifcate should arrive at the end of last week or early this week - I am still waiting.
    Regards
    erb :)
  • Can't actually remember when I applied and can't remember the date I received my certificate but I got mine last week sometime. The letter is dated 9th Dec and my commencement date on the cert is 24/11/08 so I must have applied around the 20th. They have confirmed the 6.48% gross rate per annum that I applied for.

You should all have your certs soon, especially the people who applied before me! Good luck.

Well it still hasn't arrived even though they said it should be here by now  .

It is now over a month since I first applied so this is getting a bit silly now.

I applied on 14 November - see above posts.

I rang them again today and they said my certificate has still not been sent  .

I told them they said last time I rang it would be with me by 17 December but today they said they are giving priority to opening new accounts rather than sending out certificates. After expressing my disappointment she did say she would refer my request to a manager to see if they could hurry it up :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: .

I hope they are not so slow when it comes to paying out.
    Regards

  • I would make a complaint, they have a published complaints procedure on their website.

At last my certificate arrived this morning 31 December :T so it has taken about 7 weeks from my initial telephone application on 14th November.
