They are open 8am-6pm Mon-Fri and will transfer your call anywhere during those times. You could ask them about a UK Call Centre but while I sympathise with your point about Indian Call Centres, I think it is wrong to make any generalisations - I have an Inspiron 6000 and was having teething problems with it this morning but the tech support guy and his manager whom I had to speak to about a software issue (you have to pay for software support, I protested as my software issue was as a result of a fault, so got thru to a manager :cool:) were calm, polite and most importantly for tech support, they were very patient, and understood me perfectly. I suggest you try again but through the above number so you don't pay 8p per minute.

May I ask what it was that annoyed you about the call centre?
