  • We're going to the Whinfell one Sall, we went to the Longleat one 2 years ago and loved it-been wanting to go back since...We've booked to go see Father Christmas, go on a walk with the Park Ranger, see a Pantomine and have a meal out for DD for her birthday whilst we are there!

Im so excited, like a little kid.

    Evening all...

Question for the runners out there... have been thinking about starting running, I used to run long distance at school, ahem 20yrs ago!!! lol

But each time I run, my whole backside wobbles so much it's actually painful..... how can I get over this? I figure running is cheap and healthy. I can't afford a gym or classes so need something free/cheap.

Tig I had the same problem, actually I still have the same problem but Im sure the fat is used to being jiggled around now that it doesnt hurt!
What I would say is that walking 2 miles burns the same calories as running 2 miles. Start by building up your walking miles and then introduce some running. Just start and do 2 mins or 5 mins or however long you can. Get some supportive shorts/trousers (lycra) and they will hold things in a bit ;)

You see that happens to me, and I just took it as a God given hint to spend more time on the Sofa;)
