    Well I have the heating on, its for my own sanity as otherwise if its cold DD wakes up all night and I need my sleep!

    There is the most amazing aroma of mincepies in my house...drool. Will I be able to resist and put them in the freezer??

    No probs BB, have saved one with your name on. I used the nigella receipe for Pastry and its amazing...the most light and crispy I have ever made. So yes I did sample them...just the 1 whoops!

    Skint I dont think there is such a thing as a low fat mince pie. I figured as I had burnt over a 1000 calories running this morning 1 mincepie would be ok. Actually its hit the spot and not craving them anymore
