Sammy Yes I did run my 10 miles in 1:40 with the last mile walking so up until mile 9 I was at average of under 10 min a mile so pleased with that! So cold now though and am thinking need porridge for brekkie
And I have lost another 1.5 this week

morning all. Bit pished off and probably going to find something hard to kick this morning but won't bore you with why.
Horrible and grey and drizzly.
Plan for the day, go for a walk in a bit and then do some AQA. The house is cold but I'm not going to put the heating on yet, see how long I can last!

Its Snowing here:j nice covering, not enough to make a snowman but lovely and bright.
My bathroom now looks like something out of a horror film and I know that we wont get a scrap of wallpaper on there until next weekend now.:rolleyes:
