Sick to death of them now. I used the ordering service last week and they got my order majorly wrong how can that happen when I ordered online? It also took 1 1/2 hours to get here and the 2 barbeque chicken wings I ordered were roast chiken wings and not a hint of barbeque. I called them and they said they would add 2 wings next time

Toniight I ordered at 3.30 and am still !!!!!!! waiting

    Back to dominos for me

I had a bit of a saga last week. I nipped into Dominoes as we were late home and knackered (currently doing some major remodelling at home). Anyway, I ordered a chicken feast type Pizza. "Sorry, we have no mushrooms, onion or peppers" she says. Amazed that they could run out of vital ingredients I went down the road to Pizza Hut...

Ten minute wait and they got the order wrong. They apologised, gave us the pizza they had gotten wrong for free, plus a free side and cooked us another pizza in about ten minutes.

So much for fast food, but free Pizza yay!

I love dominoes, but I do find them more expensive than Pizza Hut.

I like and prefer dominos but prefer the pizza hut sides. Difference is if they get your order wrong instore they can rectify it there and there for you and add complimentary things but when delivering home if they get it wrong it is more of a let down and always a we will comp you on your next order.

Just to add earlier, they arrived this evening at 17.20 after 3 phone calls. Never again

Here's some irony...I went on the website and filled out their form to make a complaint, it asked me to read the T&Cs - when I clicked to do so, it wiped everything that I had wrote!
If my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!

Yes, thats why we always nip down to collect and check the order. A bit more hassle, but worth it I think.

I prefer dominoes myself, but as I said, its gotten too expensive for us.

I prefer dominos - but I'll only order it if I have a voucher code

Its ok for a small pizza, but their deals never seem to compete with PH. I havent seen a dominoes code for ages :(

    making me hungry now lol

So so predictable Freddie. People eat where they chose, this doesn't make them muppets. If the OP can afford the occasional meal at PH, or any other fast food restaurant this does not make them muppets. Frankly, I think you are incredibly rude and in no position to judge.

Go highlight my post number 13 from last night, where I accurately predicted you would be along to say exactly what you said. I wrote it in white text.

ha ha pullip well done! Freddie's predictable comments are becoming as boring and irrelevant as Dave Brooker's.

I like Pizza Hut's pizzas, and I'm hard to please! There is a great difference between different branches and some I've visited really need to tighten up on the things mentioned by the op - clearing tables is bad in some and very off-putting.

Seems that more staff are needed, or maybe some training in housekeeping? Don't know about pay, I've not heard of one restaurant that pays well. DS was a waiter whilst at college - got him through his driving test and a wardrobe of labelled clothes, so he didn't do badly ;)

Thanks to the op for bringing this up.
