Downgrading Orange Contract

Hi,

I have an 18 month dolphin 25 contract which i'm 1 year into, i don't use all the minures and texts on this plan so i'm spending more than i should be.

I've seen on the web site that i can downgrade to dolphin 20 but i'm not sure if this would start a new contract.

Does anyone know if a new contract would be started, i don't want a new contract as i'm looking at going back to PAYG when the contract ends in May.

It shud just continue as your current contract unless it states otherwise. I know I did it on mine and it carried on as normal. I'd check first though definately, just the type of stunt they'd pull.

Assume you are paying £25 ?

Dolphin 25 Websave ( £20 ) is available with double mins - 400 mins/unlimited for downgraders, just tell 150 billing you went into store as you are having credit crunch problems considered buying your contract out to reduce your monthlies & converting to payg, store said call 150 and ask for that downgrade

more for £5 less

or just call 150 and tell them credit crunch has you by the balls what can they do do reduce your costs given your average month to month usage

it wont start a new contract if you have completed 50% of your tie in

Be really really careful what you do with Orange. There customer resolution if they make any changes you don't like is abysmal.
