But I am not so good at searching so I may have bee doing something wrong.
Right of to have a look at these links.Feb 2012 Grocery Challenge £200/£4.00

Or yummy HM sausage rolls0

Easy extra protein - cold cooked chopped up sausages - I'd suggest a sausage/ham, pasta, cucumber type salad mix, but that may be just not cool enough for school! Cheese cubes with cheesy biscuits as well as a sandwich. Flapjack?0

My daughter has packed lunch and loves wraps, tuna pasta, sausage rolls, cheese and crackers, breadsticks etc.
How about a piece of fruit or snack in the school bag for eating on the way home, i find this helps keep me away from the corner shop too!
My son is on hot dinners but has a huge appetite and is not impressed with the portion sizes in school:rotfl:maybe mine are too big but he is a healthy active 9 year old with a slim frame, i'm sure i'll have to start controlling his portions when he gets older and less active!0 -

Take a fajita, cover with Prima Ham-flavoured cheese, top with wafer-thin slices of ham, roll up, wrap in cling film
DS and I are both loving the Nestle toy story chocolate cakes with yoghurt filling, they are tiny and melt in the mouth :EasterBun
I buy Dairylea dunkers in bulk when they are on offer from Tesco ie fairly often.Keep calm and carry on0 -

My ds asked for a flask like some of his friends. It means he can have warm soup or pasta as a change from sandwiches. I sometimes put beans and sausages in as well.GC 2011 Feb £626.89/£450 NSD3/7 March £531.26/£450 April £495.99/£500 NSD 0/7 May £502.79/£500
