well for a start, going BR wipes all unsecured debts so these willbe gone, adding the total (£3242) to "surplus"

Before anyone says thats alot going out bear in mind we had a net income of 120k between us so it was affordable. My husbands new job is 66k PA with 6300 car allowance.0

I would say they are secured after all other avenues are exhausted. But they have our book debts first but there won't be much of that left then assests, well we don't have any company assets except a 5 year old photo copier and a couple of computers we bought for £500 a couple of years ago. I think maybe they should have gone into the secured box actually because ultimately they will come ofter us for the money.0
