  • Before anyone says thats alot going out bear in mind we had a net income of 120k between us so it was affordable. My husbands new job is 66k PA with 6300 car allowance.

It will start in January when he starts work, he has accepted the position now.
  • with reference to the "PG's"

as they are either UNsecured - hence wiped by BR or SECURED on the property and in line for payment AFTER THE LENDER IS PAID i suspect they arent an issue

  • didnt you mention a son & school runs? as well as a son living away as well at the beginning of the post
Yes but have just put in petrol for the moment because there is no bus route to school so I have no idea of how much it would cost by taxi twice a day 5 days a week probalby £10/£12 a day.

I also have a son who has lerning difficulties and I have to do his shopping, washing and housework as well as take him for any specialist appointments. (when I can get him to go!)

It helps to know how many people are living with you thats why deedee asked if it was an SOA for 2 adults and one child
We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will

I would say they are secured after all other avenues are exhausted. But they have our book debts first but there won't be much of that left then assests, well we don't have any company assets except a 5 year old photo copier and a couple of computers we bought for £500 a couple of years ago. I think maybe they should have gone into the secured box actually because ultimately they will come ofter us for the money.
