  • I am not one to air my dirty laundry in public. I am going to get some one to one advice I think before I start telling people all my troubles and getting treated like that, thats all I meant. I have gleaned quite alot of useful information from the site and at least I know where to start. I don't think that anyone on here is qualified to give advice that should be taken as read, the only thing I would say is it has been useful as an inital point of contact for people who find themselves in difficult positions like me. You can give an opinion that is based on your experience because at the end of the day its up to the OR on the day.

    No its not, its up to the court, you can contest anything the OR says or does.

    Personaly i think its time this thread was left, its not serving any purpose anymore:confused:
    Thats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all …………. :(
  • maxmy, I do indeed recall a poster with an alleged thirty k tax debt, asking for bankruptcy advice not too long ago, and then a few days later suggesting that a premium bond purchase was being considered by said poster, God knows from what source!

    there have been some stering examples in the last 6 months

    one guy had a £750,000 house but thought he should keep it

    then there was haddit...........or was it haddit-away?
