    I didn't sign up during the 99p promotion as I've been a customer for years - but did go unlimited at 99p.

    Got an answer to my query about costs - as usual they completely missed the point of the flaming question!

    You are an existing customer are you not.The website no longer mentions this offer for new customers.

    But OneTels T&C allow them to terminate a service by giving you 30 days notice.Or to change it by giving you reasonable notice. So how can they guarantee a service for life.Have they given you this in writing?
