I see your point Tenke, but I in her case think its gone past caring about money, and its simply about Justice. I think the past three months or so are more likely to have been a drain on her, this is the easy bit.

Well in that fingers crossed for the OP:hello:

Almost got duped by Gladedale some years ago, it was lucky i got oh to see we were overpaying on a semi made of hay with a very steep useless garden!!!

estate agents lie even when renting out a single bedsit (my case, was told all bills were included which they are not), let alone a 135K sale. They would lie even to their shadows if that was possible.

Thank you for your replies everyone. I can see your point, I might have been better off just taking the £250.. but, a)I think we are past that point now and b)like it was said before, it’s about justice. EA can not get away with lying to get people to buy houses!! They just can’t!

I’m sorry, I’m just so tired of this now.
    Thank you so much.

Good for you Tugagirl - how did I know apathy wasn't an option for you? If it wasn't for people like you (and me), they'd start to believe they have a right to lie and cheat people.
Most people are working too hard to make really decent money:eek:
