Hi All,
A while ago i'm sure i read a topic in which you could save money by ringing NTL and saying you wanted to cancel your phone / broadband service. Then the cancellations / retentions department would sweet talk you into staying by reducing your costs.
Any ideas where i can find this thread again as i've searched for it with no joy.
Thanks ;D

Hi Pace turner it was a while ago not sure myself where you'll find it, I did the call myself just got through to your customer services department, and you haev to be serious about it though, I think they know when you are bluffing. Tell them you are gunna get a digi box n go back to bt, i said calls where cheaper and a digibox was a one off payment, so tehy then put me through to teh place that you go to be cut off and he offered me the whoe family package for free for a year, result a saving of about £150Sam B0
