It would appear that the 200 minutes are only for the first six months, It then gets reduced to 30 minutes for the remaining six months.

This is simlar to the deals offered as Rent Free on https://www.fwdcellular.com They give you the rebate after your first month's bill is forwarded to them. The advantage of Talkworld is that you have an option to change the phone that you purchase.
