Voda Contacts now 9m before tariff Downgrade

Apparently for all Voda contacts connected starting 2006, tariff downgrade is not permitted for the first 9 months rather than 6. OSPS are already applying this as conections will not happen till Tuesday - this ruins my plan to conect on a high tariff with lots of cashback and then downgrade at M6 :-( . If only I had got round to it earlier in the week.
