Thanks everyone! I rang them today and the gave me the number, got grumpy man - he said its on the receipt I got for my fees... and i would know this because?? oh well. Checked out that website maxy, thanks for that - bit odd seeing my details on there. Today I went to work and it never even entered my head till about lunch and it just popped into my head and I thought sh*t i went bankrupt yesterday! It does not feel real in the slightest and I still have no emotion about it. argh, I am in-human!!! whats wrong with me! electric man/debt collector came round last night saying i betta sort it out as they are going court next week. I just said OK. I didnt know what to say, should I have said I am now BK, heres my number? x

Ps - out of cash, I am so sorry you are loosing your home. I am leaving mine in Jan as we are in neg equity then hubbys going BK so I dont know how I will feel about leaving it. I think I will be half relieved and half upset, wishing you all the luck with your move and I hope you get a silver lining x

Good luck with the future - just a small concern when I went for mine they gave me a copy of the BK paperwork and an officially stamped document giving the case number the court etc. Do not know if this is standard practice or not?

Yes, mousehunt, that's the document Louise should have been given on the day;). But the OR will send her a copy, and as Max says she can get the details from the Insolvency website, so it's not a major problem - more an irritation!:rolleyes:
