you dont tend to get region free feature film dvds so that is a sign, however some music dvds and some other genres can be region free.

I buy many foreign dvds from cdwow mainly, or ebay providing good pictures and feedback is available, most of the genuine HK releases are region free. Quality also varies from basic and tacky looking, to much better than the packaging here so its hard to tell. Ive never heard of dvds coming in plastic wallets so im 99% sure they will be copies.0

I don't think that I've seen that episode... "Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."
