Sky Broadband?

I currently have broadband with Tiscali at £15 per month and am very happy with it. However, we are in an area due to switch to digital TV and Sky are offering a free Sky+ box with £30 connection fee and free broadband for £17.00 per month. The free Sky+ box is very tempting although I am not too bothered about the Sky TV package.
Can anyone let me know how reliable Sky broadband is as we work from home and have to have a reliable email connection?

The free broadband ( which will be going up to £5/month early next year ), would not be suitable for anything other than the lightest of users, its only 2mb as well.
The mid or max packages at £10/ £15 per month (new prices) would be more suiable.
Can't fault the reliability, been using Mid for well over a year now.
Note the increased prices will not apply if you also tale Sky talk.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
