  • Hi, Glad everyone seems happier today!!

    My little things today:
    *Charge Mobile at work.
    *Charge Ipod at work.
    *Brought breakfast from home.
    *£1 to CC

And 1 big thing that doesn't really belong on here but, I'm paying off my CTax that is with the bailiffs thanks to a loan from M&D

Hope everyone has a good day... feeling a bit scared about going in and seeing the bailiffs :| but will feel brilliant once it's done!!

We are happy to hear about big things too:D
Don't be scared about seeing bailiffs, they just want their money - if you are going in to pay them they will be lovely to you;)

Hope it went well and you feel great now :j

    Morning all:hello:

Disaster!!! Making my lunch early this morning (6:30:eek:) the large, and I repeat the word large, packet of cous cous toppled over throwing it's contents over most of the kitchen. The wretched stuff is impossible to clear up with a dustpan and brush and as for using a damp cloth - don't..... I have cous cous in the corners, cous cous on the hob and cous cous in my slippers....

... and .... I had to spend 30p to spend a penny at the station, wasn't sure I could make it to work :o "30p" screeches Piquant in her best Victor Meldrew voice....

Hope all of you who feel unwell, get better soon!

:rotfl: :rotfl: Use the hoover - I hoover everything up:p :p which reminds me I still need to clean the car after my DD managed to burst a sack of Dengi Hi Fi in boot _ it has now worked its way right through car:rolleyes:

If no one minds, I'd like to join in the DFW club again, fallen a bit by the wayside due to a week long work trip to Nashville (all paid for apart from first few days food and drinks - managed to spend £200! eek!) and Christmas.

    So...today I....

Bought choc bars for BF work snack box (no matter how many brownies and flapjacks I make he still wants a chocolate bar!), along with bargain Bertolli pasta sauce for storecupboard, jar of honey for flapjacks from Quality Save - £4 all together.

Picked up two Thorntons catalogues for the free choc bauble for Xmas hampers

Paid in £40 to bank account - slightly worried about CC payment reappearing in bank but not showing as returned on CC online page - need to have a big buffer zone just in case.

Checked new A&L ISA (had to clear out last one for the Nashville trip :( ), £31 in there, not much I know but it all helps

Checked YBS joint savings with BF - just gone over £1000 for the first time!

Salad from fridge contents for lunch, storecupboard tea

£6 that was in my purse to random change tub

So, looking forward to keeping up with you guys again!

£1 transfer to Tesco savings account

    Hi Everyone

Looks like everyone has lots of productive things to do.

I'm feeling poorly today so haven't gone to work! What's really ridiculous is that I still feel I need to be doing something in between sleeps!

    Today I will:
    • [strike]stay in bed - it's warmer than having the heating on[/strike].
    • [strike]a load of washing to dry on the airer[/strike].
    • [strike]clear some of the papers in my 'reading' pile[/strike].
    • [strike]Fill out the form the solicitor sent so I can get my Will sorted[/strike]. Lots to think about here!
    • [strike]Check banking and update spreadsheet accordingly[/strike].
    Have a good day everyone.

    URG x x

Just an update - still feeling very rough and soon off to bed - I;m surprised I managed as much as I have! It's meant I've managed a NSD 7 out of 8 now! Have a great evening.
