    Not much for me - got up late and had to have breakfast in work (only 90p and free tea, so not too bad). Managed to bring packed lunch with me.

    Might be at the gym at lunchtime. WIll be checking online banking too as I'm close to my limits :(

    Well, I feel like I have exposed myself completely.

    My 100things to do before I'm 30 list has been added to my thread, split into complete, in progress and to be done.

    I hope people don't think I'm a total dreamer, or being silly. Well, it's done now I suppose!

    Maybe it'll inspire someone to do something great.

  • Afternoon all!!

    Still chuckling about Piq's cous cous incident....for gods sake dont' try and mop it up, it'll absorb the water and you'll disappear in a room full of cous cous!!

    Well, after a day of feeling down yesterday I decided to make some changes. So today I postponed my Mrs Mop job till tomorrow and me and little boy went to Hobbycraft and bought some craft stuff for him out of his savings. Have spent a most jolly morning glueing, sticking, cutting and laughing! He seems much more relaxed and so am I. life can't be all about working, cleaning etc!

    Anyway, enough of my ramble. Here's my list for today:

    * Storecupboard tea
    * No heating on as its a lovely sunny day
    * Paid some money into bank to cover rather large phone bill (oops!)
    * Joined Lightspeed
    * Did a lightspeed survey

    Not much of a list today. Never mind. Off to mosey over to KTJazz's diary now to check out the hot 100 list!

    Happy Wednesday all!!

    Miss P
    xx

  • Today so far I've made soup for lunch and put dinner in the slow cooker, so it'll definately be ready and no temptation to get takeaway. I've sold 2 cds on amazon giving me some pennies for todays pad and I've got my baby in cloth nappies so saving some pennies there too x

    just remembered I have hung all my washing up instead of using the tumble drier too :-)

  • Heeee ;heeeeee - now seeing piq in a room of overflowing cous cous - (i know its not funny rreally)

    As i sit here, laptop on battery, in my fleece and hat (two pairs of trousers on, two vests). Just got home and eaten vp beans lefft over from a tin opened at brekkie, avoided the sausages as DS loves them (so enough beans and sausages left for him), used reduced price bread (mould off) heated in mircowave, reduced cheese sliced and from the freezer ad out of date butter. Heating is off, wind up radio is on. About to microwave some leftover filter coffee from this morning, I congratulate myself on my DFW ways. Anyone looking inhowever probably thinks what is that loony doing wearing a wooly hat at the dinnner table, in the semi dark, eating something odd.

    Thanks for all the tips - cos without you - I wouldn't have known half of them.

    Argh need to dash and water down the cleaning stuff before dear Lady arrives to start cleaning job (hence home from work - but will work from home) my theory is that if she works hard, she wont notice the cold - or does that make me scrouge??

    More wood today from college woo hoo
    Charged phone at work

    What a glamorous figure you are conjuring up there Fay :rotfl:Bit like myself really! I didn't put the heating on last night so wore thermal socks, jogging bottoms, 3 tops, dressing gown and woolly hat (well, it was cold!) and answered the door to the next door neighbour who asked if my boiler was broken.....:rotfl:

    More or less snap, except i have reheated baked potatoes with beans for dinner, and my hair is curly enough to not put a hat on:D

  • Now choking on reheated up coffee - what a bunch eh?

    I am glamour itself I think - its a stripey hat and scarf. At least I am kinda co-ordinated.

    BOBAH _ tee hee to the reheated tatties - no hat - life without hats - doesnt compute for me - lucky you. x
