Which Mobile Broadband?

Can anyone help? I am looking for a mobile broadband package, that includes a free laptop. I have use of a 3 mobile dongle at the moment which has been great, but as the contract is coming to an end, I was looking for the best value package available that includes a laptop? Hopefully I will also be able to use Quidco!
