Does anyone know what the cashback arrangements are for the Nokia 7600 on 3, bought from Carphone Warehouse online when it was £4.99 per month for 12 months (until ast week). I bought one, and foolishly I did not save the details, thinking they would send the details of the cashback with the handset.

I reckon the cashback details are different now that the handset is on offer at £7.99 per month. I've emailed them because I want written confirmation, but they are strangely quiet.

Anyone help?

Thanks for the info. The customer services people told me on the phone to send the 4th bill into them. I knew that wasn't correct and that I'd read something different from that when I ordered it. That' why I emailed them so that they would have to put it in writing.
