I am going to make a commitment to make a payment to a credit card debt. even if its one penny its still a payment.
going to start with my smallest debt and will update daily on the debt before payment and the amount i paid and the new balance
anyone think this is a good idea. hope everyone else can join in
Some CC companies have a maximum amount of payments in that you can make per month. Would be worth checking with your company to verify if they have any similar limits before you do this.0 -
I think you need to get off your high horse and learn how to give advice without sounding like a <insert own comparison>
I like that! OP that was well harsh! It was never implied as being a 'game' but lets be honest about it, paying debt is boring!! Why not make it a little interesting?! I think its a great idea - good luck.
Only thing I would say is maybe everyday would be a little too much, fair enough if you have the time and also check with your c/card company that you can do this. Maybe making a payment a week maybe better?

True, but if you pay online, you may not get away with less than £1.
If memory serves, when Abbey charged me 22p unexpectedly, I had to visit a branch and settle over the counter.People who don't know their rights, don't actually have those rights.0
