Has Biasco gone bust again?

Just a quick update re the below.
I have spoken to a lovely lady at the Company this morning (23/03/09)
Yes, Biasco were officially put into liquidation on January 20th 2009.
The Administrators are more than happy to send out formal letters to anyone who needs assistance.
Not only that but she even confirmed my details to me - they are on a very long list of people who Biasco owes money to!!!
She also confirmed that this letter is the only thing that is needed by card companies as it clearly states that the Company has been liquidated and that it has no funds to pay anyone from.
Bit off how the people responsible are still trading as at least two more appliance selling companies - one at the same address of Biasco!!
I would recommend that anyone who is owned money by these people obtain the letter and enclose it with documentation to their card companies, credit or debit - it's worth a shot as from reading these posts a lot of banks are giving out different information depending on which branch/head office you speak to.BrummyBloke wrote: »I have been in contact with the appointed administrators today who tell me Biasco are being placed into liquidation tomorrow (20 Jan 2009). The administrators are:
Marriotts LLP,
Allan House
10 John Princes Street
London W1G 0AH
Tel: 020 74952348 (Mr Anthony Hyams)
Fax: 020 74952318
If anyone needs confirmation of this liquidation e.g to reclaim from their credit card company etc., a general notice regarding the liquidation should be available from the above company from tomorrow onwards and or you can email them for this information, to: pjukes@marriottsllp.co.uk
Hope this helps anyone else out in the same situation of being owed money, that can eventally be reclaimed - if purchases made by credit card.
