No it definately wasn't a secret, it had six trunk/chest shaped bits that were all seperate in the blue wrapper with a black corogaited carbourd inner. It is so frustrating not being able to remember the name!

I've often noticed that the "value" stuff works out dearer than normal items - and that really does annoy me.

Tesco value bananas were more expensive than loose ones a couple of weeks ago - I weighed the bagged ones just to check.

Oooohhh I need your help! I am trying to remember the name of a chocolate bar that was around in the 80s - 90s. It was in a blue wrapper with a cardboard inner and the chocolate itself was in the shape of little treasure chests and filled with strawberry fondant. I have searched and searched on the internet and can't find it, please help me!

 Is it possible that it was a Ruffle Bar?

    or

Frys used to do a foundant bar like Fry's chocolate cream but it was fruit flavoured.

    :T Oooohhh!! pass the choccy!

Good on her Ceri..about time more folk stood up to be counted! Isn't it weird tho how you read something & get a picture in your mind's eye, only to find the reality is totally different? I'd pictured a school like the ones you get in little villages, with a cobbled wall around a little playground...
The reason I've come back is I've just posted on Weezl's thread & thought you'd be interested too. Just reinforces that I do things without thinking anyone else would be interested I suppose.

As in - ceri likes milky things and doesnt want any sugar in anything if she can help of it:D Thanks for that - I DO like my milk puddings I do and I do like a bit of nutmeg thrown into things if I can find an excuse to do so:D (not very often and only a teaspoon or so I hasten to add for anyone who has read owt much about nutmeg.........!), Thinks...must use up that coupla packets tapioca I got when that was very very cheap recently.....love tapioca pudding I do...
  • Chocolate covered mint cracknel is what I miss. It was gorgeous, I used to scoff it after going to the swimming baths. Rancheros too, in the cafe upstairs, and a steamy Horlicks.

Oh crikey I'm starving. And I want Horlicks but there's none in the house.

I used to love Icebreaker bars chocolate with flakes of mint cracknel running through - I really miss them
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

  • Ahh my favourite poem!

I agree with this though - the woman in charge of the team that I am in is doing her level best to bully me out of the team. I didn't allow people to bully me when I was 12 years old and I'm certainly not going to start now....it has made me realise how difficult things can be, I've never experienced anything like it before now and it's really quite hard to deal with when you really need a job.
You don't have to put up with her bullying you REPORT HER TO A MANAGER NOW!!!!!!
