The one Mr BTVB got me is called 'Lavender' - a clear sparkly colour.
It was new to me to - so I picked it up and drooled on it a bit, but then my sensible voice took over my head and told me to put it down till I get paid next Friday - so i forgot to check the name of it........
If / when I see it again I'll check and let you know!"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -
BTVB - Just had a look on .com and it was DEFINITELY called Spun Sugar.
Looks like it's one of the Stay Perfect varnishes......"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -

Hmmm...I've not been into Boots for wait for it, over 2 weeks now, so I must be falling behind on the Bootsing frontI guess these must be ltd ed ones as they have silver lids like the Christmas sparkle ones - the "normal" Stay Perfect ones have black lids.
Mr BTVB has a question for you all - can the 250pts vouchers from the men's GWP be used on ladies cosmetics?DFW no.554 - Proud to be dealing with my debts :TDAVID TENNANT CAN PROBE ME WITH HIS SONIC SCREWDRIVER ANYTIME...:AFLYING THE FLAG FOR THE CAMBRIDGE BOOTS TARTS :happyhear0 -

I used to work as a nurse and although it was nice to get chocolate from patients at Christmas we really liked little gifts of things we would actually use, a patient's daughter once gave a box of the black tights that we wore as part of our uniform, another person a pen for each of the nurses.
The JK files sound like a very welcome gift to me, good for any age group too.0 -
geordie_lass, thank you million times. my dd never went nursery, i dont know how i survived:) but ds and mummy love nursery now, both of us enjoy our time. iyswim.
i thought about that, when older chidren went school i saw tins and tins, bags and bags of roses, celebrations in the nursery every morning. i thought thank goodness im not working here i will put good couple of stones in there.
thats why i wanted to buy something cheap but cheerful for all the girls, and one personal present who cares for ds. also hand cream and hand wash duo thingy for all of them as they wash they hands hundred times a day (i bet)
im off to order more jk buffers, btw are they cheaper in the store? i feel like i missing something with this jk offer?0 -
ccmummy, handwash and handcream, that's a great idea too, I'm sure it will be appreciated
Not sure about ordering the JK files online, I seem to remember that the last time they did this points offer that you only got one lot of 500 points online regardless of how many files you bought, not 100% certain though, I'm sure someone will remember. Personally I would buy instore to be sure of getting the 500 points for each pair of nail files, not sure if you have to split the transactions or if the points just go on for each pair regardless.0 -
Do you think it's wrong? She said I got them on offer so could only give me an exchange on the price of 1, she did take both back mind. I wasn't in the mood for a purse fight as I had left my sister's purse at home. Besides moi was in a bit of a rush. And she did look like a bit of a golem, if I pouted, I bet you she would have bitten my beauties right off. Her glare scared me you see.
Have decided to buy Mummy Mimi a foot spa tomorrow so I can do the £50 and 1000 free points thing.
I am sure that is wrong - You've lost out!! You paid for 2 and got 3 - used one which brought you out in a rash and had to change two at BOGOF price!
How can that be remotely right?!?0 -
Does it say instore about the extra points offer on JK products as in my local Boots today that only had a small range of stuff and no mention of the offer??0

OFF TOPIC
Benefit is half-price at Beauty Counter Direct (I know a lot of people on here like it). I was very tempted by the Benetint - it's 6.25 there but 12.50 at Boots. I refrained as I really don't need it, lol. Here's the op for benefit fans: http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/280678/half-price-benefit-make-up-beauty-c/0
