Saw these on clearance and on 3 4 2 at Leeds a month or two ago. They went down to £1.50 and then £0.50, but still no one bought them. Would have been a right bargain mind, 3 boxes of wipes for £1.00!
I don't think it's just wipes, there was a whole range of products in the BALD MEN collection. LOL.
Oh Mimi, could you please keep an eye out for these on clearance for me please....they would make the most hilarious Christmas present for my other half and his brother....I can't believe they sell these, they are hilarious. Anything else in the range would be great too. I'd send you the money and postage costs if you were able to get them on the cheap.

Hi All
I popped into my local Boots tonight before closing and there was a Rimmel stand facing against the wall with a GWP worth £15 when you spend £10. It must be starting 2moro.
Hope i've got it right as I had to reach over to grab one to try and have a look
It was in a black box and contained eyeshadows and lipgloss.
Sorry if someone has already posted it.0 -
rimmel gwp is rather nice, got told by our sa that they should go quite fast. Its a bit like the smokey eye set shape, if that helps anyone - not sure i would pay £15 for it, but a nice freebie for someone, could possibly give as a gift.
Bouris ??? sp, have a free bauble thingy with lip gloss in it. It was clear plastic and shiney. Cant remember what you had to buy to get it.
N17 gwp looks like its going to be good, SA was about to unpack the box and said they only had 1 box of them in, so on route to the vets tomorrow will have to pop into boots and check them out.
OFF TOPIC, took our pouch to the vets yesterday, cause he had a poorly tummy, vet did a blood test and gave him antobiotics, £65. I so wish i trained as a vet lol. He did say he's seen people put down pets instead of getting treatment due to lack of cash, I wont be my kids would sell there things first. My dog is my best friend and helped me through my husband leaving me, he always cuddles me when i cry and never complains about my cooking - he eats anything lol So if anyone has a poorly dog, there a flu thing going round for dog in Lincolnshire cause my vet said he had seen loads of cases.BSC member 137

''sorry sold out''
Does this mean they wont be getting anymore in stock or can i wish really really hard that they will. My DD has taken a very strong liking to the elmo live and i want one from boots so i can get the points back.
My understanding of it is:
if it says 'sorry currently out of stock' it is 'likely' they will get some more in (but not for certain)
if it says 'sold out' they won't be getting any more stock in

"You can't do that," said the SA. She then sniffed, rolled her tongue into the side of her mouth, and sort of breathed in through her mouth. "I think you'll find I can" I said, with a pleasant smile. "No. You. Can't." she replied, rolling her eyes, looking at a colleague, and sniffing again, only louder this time.
I looked at her closely, in my Margaret Thatcher way (head on one side, peering intently, deep into her eyes), and said "Oh my dear, do you have a cold? I'm so sorry". She looked startled and said "Eh?".
I then repeated my request for the third time and added "I do apologise for troubling you, and as it's evident that you haven't been trained adequately, if you want to check the facts with your Manager, that's quite OK. I'll wait".
"Look" she said, looking very cross, "I'll try putting it through, but you'll see the till won't accept it". And of course, it did. "Well, I never knew that" she said. Did she apologise? No.
So I took my cards, and receipts and said "Thank you so much for serving me. May I suggest that you ask your Manager to enlighten all the staff regarding the acceptance of points on telephone cards. It always gives me immense pleasure to pass on knowledge, and especially to someone as charming and well mannered as yourself".
And then I did a Miss Piggy shake of my head and sallied forth, leaving Miss Manners staring at me open-mouthed. Has anyone else ever been refused this sort of transaction?
To make matters worse, SAs were walking round the store giving out blueys to all and sundry, and of course there wasn't a single packet of Roc wipes left!

Sure, I'll keep a lookout for you. Doubt they will come back cos the last I saw of them was when they were carted away in like huge blue trolleys, probably because no one bought any. Will definitely keep my eyes peeled. It was a huge bargain if someone actually used it. It was normally selling at £6.00 each, went down to £1.50 and then £0.50, at the same time as the 3 4 2!0
